A patent is an exclusive and sole right given to the inventor who used his / her idea to develop product or process with patentable subject matter, utility, novelty, non-obviousness and enablement. No suit shall be brought for any infringement of a patent granted under this section committed before the actual date on which such patent was granted. However passing off

Infringement of registered patent include an injunction subject to such terms and at the option of the registered patent owner, either damages or an account of profits or the goods which are found to be infringing and materials and implements, the predominant use of which is in the creation of infringing goods shall be seized, forfeited or destroyed without payment of any compensation.
